Vishnu Kaudi or Cowrie comes from the sea and is regarded as a treasure. Since Lord Vishnu also resides in the sea, hence the name of this cowrie became Vishnu Kaudi. How to Use
Place Vishnu Kaudi in the North East corner of your house. If this is done on a Guru Pushya nakshatra then it would be even more beneficial.

Vishnu Kaudi should always be bought original and certified. It is very auspicious if brought on a Thursday at home.
