- Is international shipping available?
Currently, we serve the Indian market. We do hope to be available internationally soon. In the meantime, if you have a specific product requirement, kindly drop us an email at hello@sanskritii.net and we would be able to help.
- What is the average shipping time?
Once the order is placed, the order would be shipped with 1-3 working days.
- What if my product was damaged due to improper packing?
If you receive your products in a damaged condition, we will refund the order amount, subject to our Returns Policy. Since the products are all fragile, we also take extra care in ensuring that the products are not damaged before or during the dispatch.
Cancellation and Returns
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel an order till the time it is not dispatched to the delivery office, after which it cannot be cancelled.
- How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from the orders section.
- How will I get a refund on the cancelled order?
The processing of the refund will begin as soon as the order is cancelled, and we will ensure that your amount is sent back to the same medium from which it was received within 4-5 working days. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for more details.
- How do I return my order?
In a rare instance, if a product is wrongly dispatched, then we would pick up the order from the delivery address. If the product was delivered in perfect condition, normally we do not process returns. In special cases, however, you can send us an email at support@sanskritii.net.
Product Quality
- How genuine are the products that are sold on the site?
Because the products directly impact your wellbeing which we are committed to protecting, we take specific care in making available only licensed and genuine products on the site. We also perform quality checks to ensure only genuine products are available. We filter out fake products. We are responsive to the quality of the products, and whether or not they work, hence we have a product review available on each of the products you buy. If there are any complaints regarding a product or its quality by our customers, we immediately take action and remove it from the site.
- Can I trust the quality of the gemstones?
The gemstones are sourced from authentic sources, such as organic local markets or directly from the miners. Because the environment and the climate have an impact on their colour, consistency in quality may vary. For any gemstone order, we send you a live video of the stone, or a photo of it before dispatch. You only receive what you pay for. Nothing duplicate.

- What kind of problems should I consult for?
Consultations in astrology should ideally be taken for non-urgent medical conditions. For most of the remedies to work, they have to be administered over a pre-defined sustained period of time. Hence, it is advisable to consult astrologers for problems that take several days or months to heal.
- How qualified are your astrologers?
All the astrologers registered with us are qualified from the relevant institutes and experienced in their respective fields of practice. They also go through a background check at the time of registration to ensure there are no fraudulent representatives. You can rest assured you are in safe hands.
- How do I navigate the process?
The process of taking a consultation is very simple. Click on services and fill up a simple form. We will contact you on receipt.
- Is the consultation privacy protected?
All the information that you enter in the form is confidential and 100% privacy protected. The information is not used for any other purpose other than intended.

- Are they chargeable?
No. All the blog posts on the site are free and available to registered members.
- How would I know if a remedy in a blog would work for me?
The same remedy could have different reactions in different people. In order to analyse what would work for whom, we have comment forms attached to each remedy, so you could see for the population at large if a remedy is effective or not.
- What caution should I exercise while trying a remedy in a blog post?
Generally, all remedies are safe and harmless. However, while trying them general caution should be exercised regarding individual horoscopes, non-consumption of harmful substances, routine, and possible reactions with other remedies. In case you are not sure, you can consult a relevant astrologer onsite to guide you as well.

- How does an order get confirmed?
Once you go through the payment gateway, we send you an email with the order details and the order is visible in your account.
- Where can I check my order status?
Active status of all your orders would be available in the Orders section of your account.
- Where can I see my past orders?
Your complete order history is available in the Orders section.
- Where can I find the tracking number and the invoice of the confirmed order?
The tracking number of the order would be updated in the Orders section of My Account as soon as the shipment is done. The invoice and all the details, including the taxes, will be posted against each individual order.

- Why should I register at Sanskritii?
Registration at the site is not mandatory, but to get full access to the member-exclusive resources and offers, it is advisable to open an account. The account opening process is extremely simple, free and hardly takes up a minute.
- How do I sign in?
You can sign in using the registered email address or registered mobile number or through Facebook or through Google+ and your password from the Sign In option given at the top right bar on the home page.
- What if I forgot my account password?
In case you forget your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the registration window.
- If I don’t want to buy, can I save a product for later? Where can I see my Wishlist? Can I send the list to someone?
Yes, you can save the products in a Wishlist for later. You can also send the list to someone via email. Easy.

We don’t like spam and presuming neither do you, the newsletter has a very limited frequency. It would contain news on the latest developments at Sanskritii along with our most popular remedies and information on new products.
